With Cacciatore’s love for food, nutrition and edu-tainment, Cacciatore began building out the brand to create a television series and interactive product lines that expanded beyond Bella Wishes and Pink Lotus. CarLou now includes Kitchen Cacciatore (based on her family name and Tess’s Italian heritage). The first brand under the Food/Health category is “Families on the Go with Bella & Bo” – to expand into the family living and healthy lifestyle categories. To widen the experience of what Tess has done in the span of 20+ years, in the catering side to her life, where she was hired to create recipe lessons, interactive workshops, assistant to Food Stylist Stephen Shern (Food & Wine, Gourmet, Bon Appetit) as well as Tess also catered parties, anniversaries, baby and wedding showers, milestone events and more. This area in her life was integrated into the Bella Wishes brand back in 2010 with workshops and cooking lessons around Los Angeles.

“Families on the Go with Bella & Bo” TELEVISION SERIES is an important aspect to the rollout of this brand is the cooking and nutrition component for families. The launch of this component will be in September 2010 and that will contain mobile platform (One Media Group), social networking branding through short segment video production featuring experts in the food and nutrition arena and Diabetes Health network.
“Families on the Go with Bella & Bo” LIVE STREAMING that brings the experts (Chefs, Pediatricians, Health Experts, Celebrities, Fitness Experts) right to your living room or laptop, with live Q & A from the viewers; as well as premiering famous chefs from various cities and how they create healthy recipes from the local farmers markets, to local food styles and more (Creole, California Grilling, Tex Mex, Eastern Seaboard, etc.)
BELLA & BO HEART 2 HEART CAMPS in conjunction with Effective Youth and Coach Kee – the expert fitness and nutrition team will be conducting SUMMER CAMPS and regular fitness classes in the Southern California area. Soon, interactive infomercials will be available for kids across the nation.
Bella & Bo KID Heart 2 Heart FRIENDLY COOKWARE to inspire the little ones to create in the kitchen; along with party paper products (environmentally safe) that support the brand and offer ways to entertain for holidays, birthdays, Summer BBQ’s, Wedding and Baby Showers, etc).
PRODUCT LINE FOOD & COOKBOOKS – starting with a vegan ranch dressing and low glycemic catsup, the Bella & Bo Brand of healthy foods can be distributed into the produce sections of grocery stores, special events, conventions and more. Wheat and gluten-free products are in line to be produced, so sensitivities to foods can be helped for families.
BELLA & BO BIRTHDAY PARTIES – Bella Wishes birthday parties have already been going on since 2006. Healthy cake and cupcake recipes are next in line, for wheat and gluten-free treats. Bella & Bo branded banners, plates and more (green naturally) can be sold to add to the theme of party favors, hostess dresses, music downloads, games and more.
